全球建筑材料行業(yè)各位同仁：
建筑材料行業(yè)作為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱，在推動基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與城市化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。同時，建筑材料行業(yè)也是全球碳排放的主要來源之一，低碳轉(zhuǎn)型已刻不容緩。這不僅是行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必由之路，更是我們應(yīng)對氣候變化、履行社會責(zé)任的必然選擇。為此，我們以本次論壇的名義，向全球建筑材料行業(yè)同仁鄭重倡議如下：
一、凝聚共識，共繪低碳愿景
建筑材料的價值不僅在于為人們創(chuàng)造舒適的居住空間，更在于其對未來生存環(huán)境的深遠(yuǎn)影響。我們倡議，全球同行要攜手并進(jìn)，將“全生命周期低碳”理念深植于行業(yè)之中，將低碳轉(zhuǎn)型轉(zhuǎn)化為推動行業(yè)升級的內(nèi)在動力，為全球氣候治理貢獻(xiàn)建筑材料行業(yè)的智慧與力量。
二、踐行三大理念，引領(lǐng)轉(zhuǎn)型方向
以創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動綠色變革。我們倡議，建筑材料企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)要進(jìn)一步加大對低碳技術(shù)研發(fā)的投入力度，并加快推廣先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和工藝，有效降低生產(chǎn)過程中的碳排放。
以協(xié)同構(gòu)建低碳生態(tài)。我們倡議，在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游中推動構(gòu)建綠色伙伴關(guān)系，讓“低碳”成為供應(yīng)鏈的共同語言。協(xié)同發(fā)力，共同推進(jìn)行業(yè)的綠色低碳發(fā)展。
以合作推動低碳發(fā)展。我們倡議，大力推動、構(gòu)建多層次、常態(tài)化的全球建筑材料碳減排合作交流平臺，持續(xù)深入開展碳減排理念、方法和技術(shù)路徑交流，分享實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成功案例。加強(qiáng)交流合作，共同營造包容開放的低碳發(fā)展環(huán)境。
低碳轉(zhuǎn)型是全球建筑材料行業(yè)的一項(xiàng)長期且艱巨的任務(wù)。我們將以更加堅(jiān)定的決心和扎實(shí)的行動，積極投身于建筑材料行業(yè)的低碳轉(zhuǎn)型浪潮，為保護(hù)地球生態(tài)環(huán)境、實(shí)現(xiàn)人類可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量，創(chuàng)造更加綠色、低碳、美好的未來！

To Colleagues Across the Global Building Materials Industry,
As a critical pillar of the global economy, the building materials industry plays a vital role in advancing infrastructure development and urbanization. At the same time, our industry is also one of the major sources of global carbon emissions. Accelerating the low-carbon transition is no longer optional—it is imperative. This is not only the pathway to sustainable industry development but also a necessary step in addressing climate change and fulfilling our shared social responsibility.
On the occasion of this forum, we hereby solemnly propose the following initiative to all colleagues in the global building materials industry:
1. Unite Around a Common Vision for a Low-Carbon Future
The value of building materials lies not only in enabling comfortable living environments, but also in shaping the long-term sustainability of our planet. We call on our global peers to join hands in embedding the concept of “l(fā)ow-carbon across the entire lifecycle” throughout the industry, transforming the low-carbon transition into an internal driver of industrial upgrading. Let us contribute the insights and strength of the building materials sector to global climate governance.
2. Embrace Three Core Principles to Guide Our Transformation
Drive green transformation through innovation.We call on enterprises and research institutions in the building materials sector to increase investment in low-carbon technology R&D, and to accelerate the adoption of advanced production technologies and processes that effectively reduce carbon emissions during manufacturing.
Foster a low-carbon ecosystem through collaboration.We propose promoting the formation of green partnerships across the entire value chain, making “l(fā)ow-carbon” a common language throughout the supply chain. Through joint efforts, we can advance the sector’s green and low-carbon development.
Promote low-carbon development through cooperation.We advocate for building multi-level, institutionalized international platforms for carbon reduction cooperation in the building materials industry. These platforms should foster ongoing exchange of concepts, methodologies, and technological pathways for decarbonization, while enabling the sharing of best practices and successful case studies. Enhanced communication and collaboration will help create an inclusive and open low-carbon development environment.
The low-carbon transition is a long-term and formidable task for the global building materials industry. We are committed to taking firm action with unwavering determination. Let us actively contribute to the green transformation of our sector, protect our planet’s ecological environment, and work together toward a more sustainable, low-carbon, and brighter future for all.
